**What you can expect in this role**:
Support the UX Research team in all steps and aspects of UX Research activities. This includes:

- The Preparation & conduction of interviews, usability or concept tests, workshops, surveys and much more are some of your tasks
- Furthrmore you analyze, interpret, summarize and present data
- You translate learnings into recommendations for UX Design & Product teams and communicate via presentations or highlight videos
- You do desk research on current trends and target groups in the streaming industry
- Cross-functional collaboration with UX Researchers, UX Designers and Product Managers complete your job profile

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Education in the field of Human-Computer Interaction, (Business-) Psychology, Consumer Research, Media informatics or a related field is required
- You have fluent language proficiency in both German and English - as our target group is the German market, but our business language is English
- You are passionate about users, insights and show a natural curiosity on how to make products users love
- You have a proactive attitude, you take initiatives and are able to work effectively and independently on specific tasks
- You communicate effectively and highly value teamwork/culture

Working hours: usually 20h/week, can be flexibly distributed by arrangement

Duration: Depending on enrolment - minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years

Gross monthly salary for 20 hours/week: In the first 6 months 1.200€ & from the 7th month 1.300€
