You're driven to uncover what truly shapes a great customer experience and make it real. As a UX Working Student, you'll dive deep, ask the right questions, and turn insights into action. You'll collaborate with other members of our Research Team, Designers and Product Owners in an environment built for learning, responsibility and bold ideas.

At DKB Code Factory, we believe in "designing the right thing before designing the thing right". You'll help shape innovative finance products from day one, working hands-on in early discovery and product development. This role is for someone curious, strategic and ready to move fast, take ownership and make an impact.

{ your_responsibilities: [
  • Support the interdisciplinary UX-research team by contributing to various projects like business customers platforms, the new banking app, customer web portal and more.
  • Support user research project management and take ownership.
  • Help defining, planing and conducting user research, execute interviews, experiments, surveys and more.
  • Support various product teams.
  • Become the dedicated advocate of the user-centered approach to product development.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

  • Ideally, you are studying Human–Computer interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Project Management or a related field. You don't? Also cool, tell us your story
  • You have already developed organization and project management skills. 
  • You have a big motivation to work in a user research role at a consumer-focused company (best case with some proven experience or even a portfolio).
  • You have some knowledge of qualitative or quantitative user research methods, like in-depth interviews, remote research, prototype testing, usability testing, surveys or market landscape analysis.
  • You have a proactive working style and enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic, data-driven, creative environment.
  • You are available 20 hours per week.
  • You are fluent in German and English. 
  • You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time
