**All about the role**
As a UX Researcher in our growing logistics team you'll be able to help drive the user experience of our products and services. Working in cross-functional teams made up of Designers, Researchers, Copywriters, Product Managers, Analysts and Engineers allows us to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced way. We want to discover what our users will love as soon as we can. We like to explore problems in-depth and speak with our users on a regular basis, to explore what we are working on and help us understand their needs.

As a UX Researcher, you will work on products used by thousands of users in over 10 countries, supporting their needs. You'll be hungry for insights - keen to get stuck in and uncover our users' needs across the end to end experience, then using these insights to help shape the vision and strategy.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

- Passionate about digging deeper to understand underlying issues and/or goals for our users and using this to influence decision making
- Gain enjoyment from tackling complex problems and feeling comfortable with ambiguity
- A true advocate for accessible and inclusive design solutions
- Storyteller extraordinaire; your bring research to life in your presentations and reports
- You enjoy collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and other stakeholders to inform inspiring solutions

**Can you deliver**

Here's what we're looking for from our UX Researcher
- Skilled in turning open and ambiguous research needs into clear and compelling questions, activities & outcomes
- Ability to develop creative and flexible research plans using effective qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design and experience conducting research with people with accessibility needs
- Synthesize learnings & findings into evergreen themes and communicate them broadly outwards
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to take ownership of the entire research process, from ideation through to playback, with a focus on working collaboratively
