HSO is looking for an inspirational Field Marketing Leader to be apart of our DACH Management Team, set local go-to-market strategy and further develop the local field marketing team.

An understanding of traditional and modern Field marketing strategies and techniques is important in this role, along with a clear understanding of pipeline dynamics and good commercial awareness. Execution is paramount. You will be proven in your ability to drive Marketing effectiveness, be data-driven and have an analytical mindset, with the confidence to stop and redirect resources to adapt to any changes in market conditions and/or business priorities.

You will seek an opportunity to build a high performing marketing team and help the business open up new markets, expanding footprints in existing ones. You will build and develop deep partner relationships with Microsoft. You will have an understanding of new Marketing platform tools and how Marketing automation can combine with CRM and Web to enhance the customer journey. **Your responsibilities**:

- You will strengthen our leadership team and be responsible for the Marketing DACH area for one of the most successful and globally positioned Microsoft partners.
- You will work together with the marketing leads of our other countries, implement the global HSO marketing strategy and be a supportive member to help implement the growth targets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- You will work closely with our industry leads and our sales/pre-sales team to develop marketing plans and sales campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
- You are in continually contact with our Alliance Partner Microsoft to discuss the HSO portfolio and our offers for our industries and customer segments. You will also manage the co-engagements and campaigns we will arrange together with Microsoft.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for the lead generation and pipeline. You will work with modern B2B marketing tools and methods.
- Design and ongoing improvement of lead generation and opportunity management processes.
- An interesting and varied challenge where teamwork is really necessary.

**Requirements**:

- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a Bachelor / Master’s degree.
- You are highly motivated to use modern technology to help customers from manufacturing, trade and services to become more successful.
- You are enthusiastic about digitization projects and very well known in the Microsoft cloud strategy.
- You think in a customer-oriented manner, have an comprehension of B2B sales processes and have very good verbal and written communication skills.
- 10+ years of professional experience in a management responsibility position in the area of B2B marketing for IT service companies, preferably Microsoft
- Willingness to keep learning.
- You’d like to stay in contact with our customers directly.
- You are capable of measuring the performance and contribution of your Marketing team and be able to lead your team through change and drive adoption of new tools and techniques.
- You are able to align the Marketing function to local business objectives (revenue).
- You are proven in your ability to plan, resource and budget - executing at the highest level.
- You are able to drive field adoption of new Corporate brand guidelines and templates
- You are well known in using Microsoft Office products.
- Your are experienced in communicating and collaborating with C-Level.
