**What we're looking for**:
We are seeking a meticulous, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Chief of Staff to form a 360° support function that enables our CEO to focus on the highest priorities. In this role, you will own the CEO’s daily operations—from orchestrating complex schedules and communications to producing polished materials and supporting strategic initiatives. Supporting the Chief of Staff by contributing to a culture of precision, performance, and excellence, you will play a critical role in building and running the company’s operations, representing an invaluable learning opportunity to understand all aspects of the business.

**The Role: Performance Based Hiring Objectives**:

- Keep the day-to-day operations of the CEO running smoothly
- Calendar management and prioritisation in tandem with Chief of Staff_
