**Your mission**:
As a Founders’ Associate Intern/Working Student (part-time), you will work side-by-side with our leadership team on raising funds that will enable market entry in the US & Europe.

You will:

- Build and refine complex financial models, projections, and fundraising scenarios
- Prepare compelling investor materials - from deck to data room
- Support interactions with top-tier healthcare and life science investors
- Prepare and support the attendance of investor conferences and industry events
- Assist in term sheet negotiations and closing the round

This role offers a front-row seat to high-stakes startup fundraising, with direct mentorship from experienced founders and exposure to the full spectrum of venture building.

**Your profile**:

- Excellent Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for medicine and bleeding-edge software technology
- Interest in venture capital and startups
