**About this role**:
Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals and doctors to provide their patients with the best possible care.
To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a **Founders Associate Working Student** to support our operations, technology strategy and hiring in collaboration with our Co-Founders.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support our Co-Founder Nicolas (co-CEO/CTO) in keeping an eye on strategic objectives and hiring
- Help with improving internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
- Support in the creation of strategic presentations and investor or partner documents
- Assist in market and trend research to develop sustainable long-term strategies
**Your Qualifications**:
- Studying in business, physics, maths or anything connected
- Willingness to learn, adapt and execute quickly
- Structured way of working, organizational talent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Strong skills in all common office programs
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
