Empowering Womanhood As Head of Operations (M/F/d) you will join our ambitious team in its mission to build Europe's leading femhealth platform from first period to menopause. You will be responsible for our Supply Chain, Customer love and Product both strategically but also hands on operationally. We want a personality who is ready to take ownership and feels at home in the start-up world. The Role - Be responsible for important parts of our P&L with focus on optimizing cost structure, buying & cashflow - Own the operational strategy of our D2C as well as B2B business - Optimize and establish processes, systems & tool landscape - Develop trusting relationships with our key suppliers in order to manufacture the best products on the market - Manage a team of >6 employees as well as external freelancers & agencies and take responsibility for strategic & operational personnel planning **Profile**: - 5+ years in a operational position in E-Commerce (D2C is a +) in a startup - 3+ years in leading a team - Fashion background is a very big plus - Strong experience in building supplier relationships, as well as purchasing negotiations with procurement and retail - High level of pragmatism & result-orientation, combined with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitude - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty - You always have an open ear for your team and support them with your high problem solving competence - You bring outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and ideally also in German New Work As The Female Company supports parenthood, care leave and similar reasons the position is also eligible for (top)job sharing.
