Head of Operations

**Intro**:
We’re looking for an Head of Operations to join our growing team. You will be mainly responsible for organizing, executing and experiencing Countercheck’s ground operations on the field and training further future personnel. You’ll be visiting sites equipped with multi-million dollar sortation monster machines running Countercheck’s breakthrough software seamlessly.
**Your mission**:
- Organize processes and run operations for Countercheck on the field for new sites from scratch.
- Oversee the development and expansion of partnerships, prepare and execute on-site operations with the CEP firm on the field.
- Prepare, Map and Test all parcel related processes, as well as owning innovative ideas for improving efficiency and speed.
- Onboard and train new operational ground personnel.
- Repeat the same in another location :)
**Your profile**:
- High passion on what you're doing is a must. Love what you doing.
- University degree in logistics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study.
- Valid driver’s license and able to drive cars in practice.
- Quick understanding and comprehension of processes.
- Travel to sites/sortation centers mainly in Europe.
- High willingness to travel 75% of the time.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the assigned area.
- Quick learner with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven and analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach and goal-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Any other European language is a plus)
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality.
