MONDRIAN:LABS — The powerhouse behind SHYNE & Pomélo + Co.

Als Head of Operations bist du das operative Rückgrat unserer beiden Marken.
Du verantwortest die gesamte Supply Chain, die operative Umsetzung unserer Produktstrategie sowie den Aufbau eines systematischen Customer-Feedback-Loops.

Die primäre Verantwortung als Head of Operations ist die Etablierung und Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz: Gewährleistung einer effizienten Fertigung, termingerechte Lieferungen sowie die kundenzentrierte, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Supply Chain Prozesse."

Supply Chain & Operations

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Beschaffung, Produktion, Logistik und Fulfillment (D2C & Retail).

  • Produktions- und Bedarfsplanung für mehrere Hersteller und Lagerstandorte.

  • Aufbau skalierbarer Prozesse und Kostenoptimierung bei gleichbleibend hoher Qualität.

  • Steuerung externer Partner (z. B. Warehouse in Deutschland und Italien, Retail Partner wie dm etc.)

Produkt & Qualität

  • Übersetzung von Kundenfeedback und Markttrends in Produktverbesserungen zusammen mit der Produktentwicklung.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung und Marketing bei Neueinführungen.

  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Launches bei Handelspartnern wie dm, Rossmann und internationalen Retailern.

Kundenfeedback & Insights

  • Aufbau eines 360°-Feedback-Prozesses zwischen Customer Service, Produkt und Marketing.

  • Analyse von Bewertungen, Rückmeldungen und KPIs zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

  • Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung.

Leadership & Strategie

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Operations-Teams. (Aktuell 5 FTE)

  • Einführung bzw. Optimierung effizienter Prozesse und Reportings zur Steuerung von Kosten, Forecasts und Lieferketten.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Marketing & Finance Leads.

Über Dich

  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Operations, Supply Chain oder Prozessmanagement – idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Konsumgüter- oder Beauty-Umfeld.

  • Erfahrung mit E-Commerce und Retail-Strukturen (Shopify, dm, Rossmann, o. Ä.).

  • Analytisch, lösungsorientiert und hands-on.

  • Stark in Organisation, Priorisierung und Kommunikation.

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
