Head (F/m/d) of HR Operations

**In this role you will**:

- Deploying scalable and repeatable HR products and the long term interests of HSBC
- Ensuring global consistency and quality of HR products and services
- Ensure accurate and timely management of end to end payroll processing
- Ensure all regulatory and legislative requirements and correspondences are managed timely and accurately
- Management of people administration activities and local Executive and Regulatory Reporting
- Shape and develop the team and its processes towards an employee experience oriented approach and set up
- Management of data operations activities in local and global HR systems
- A degree in Business Management or equivalent and relevant HR experiences; including a familiarity with HSBC policies, processes, and compliance
- Strong leadership skills, experience in managing sizeable team of professionals as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and strong relationship management skills
- Be able to identify problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Experience in steering and coordinating cross functional or international projects
- Flexibility, tenacity and resilience to deal with business demands during periods of high workload
- Knowledge of local labour law and relevant regulation is an advantage, e.g. GDPR
- Business fluency in German and English
