**Your responsibilities**:
In this role, you will work across C&A’s key markets, the Northwestern region (Germany and Benelux), to embed a performance-driven mindset and foster a culture where leaders and teams can excel. You understand the dynamics of an international organization and thrive in the fast-paced environment of retail. As experienced HR leader, you bring both a strategic view and the ability to hit the ground running, seamlessly switching between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. Your agility, maturity, and adaptability enable you to navigate complexity, drive results, and ensure performance translates into meaningful business impact_._

**What you bring**:
We would be keen to speak to those with a blend of the following skills and capabilities:

- 12+ Years of HR experience, including several years in a HR leadership position
- Extensive experience working in an international organization, preferably in Germany, The Netherlands or Belgium
- Analytical and strong business acumen: ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and translate plans to local markets
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in one or more of the countries in the region
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically, but also hands-on
- Agile, independent and self-reflective
- Willing to make decisions and cost-conscious
- Fluency in English, German and/or Dutch are a plus
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently. The location for this role is in The Hague in the Netherlands, Boom in Belgium or in Dusseldorf, Germany
