Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented
Senior Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize our daily operations, enhance workflows, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will support business growth through operational excellence, leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations across business units (e.g. logistics, customer service, finance).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration across functions.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Ensure operational compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop operations team members.
  • Drive operational strategy to support company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in operations management or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and project management tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Asana).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to commute to Düsseldorf (Germany) — Monday through Friday.
