Do you want to play a crucial role in driving digitalization at HR? Do you understand and value the significance of data, technology and platforms? Then you should be part of our next chapter at HR. This position can be filled in Munich or Porto (Maia).

In your new role you will:

- **Lead and foster an international team **at different locations in Munich, Porto and Regensburg
- **Own the HR platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors) and the global HR solution portfolio **including ServiceNow (MyHR) and drive the respective improvements, in close collaboration with IT
- Derive the **HR Platform concept **from the HR digital strategy, in close collaboration with IT
- Own overall **HR tool governance **, incl. regional demands & harmonize HR’s IT Landscape
- Be responsible for the global **HR data governance **, data protection & authorization
- Manage different interactions and foster interfaces and relations with IT
- **Enable the technology team **to support global service / process owners in consultation
- **Evolve service and solution orientation **to actively support HR transformation

You pursue high quality and ensure it by foresighted planning and HR process and solution understanding. Moreover, you accept responsibility for common goals and collaborate beyond boundaries for success. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and know-how to establish sustainable networks.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

- A degree in **Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Information Technology **, or related fields
- **At least 8 years of relevant professional experience **within various functions in **Human Resources **in-house or as HR Business Partner in a global organization
- **Advanced **communication skills **and the ability to build related networks
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to navigate and provide direction in complex situations
- Previous experience in leading and managing teams in an international environment
- Result-driven and self-motivated team player that takes active ownership for topics and team and acts with a “let’s make it work” mentality
- **Intercultural awareness **and ability to manage multicultural teams at different sites
- Ideally experienced in **managing projects **with global teams
- Fluent **English **and **German language **skills
