Die Position:

  • Umsetzung der Geschäfts- und HR Strategie verantwortlich und berät selbständig die Führungskräfte im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Die quantitative und qualitative Personalplanung und -Entwicklung unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanter HR-Themenbereiche wie z.B. Organisationsentwicklung, Talent
  • Management, Compensation, Change-Management sowie dem Performance Management ist ein wichtiger Teil dieser Aufgabe.
  • Die Position beinhaltet zentrale Aufgaben beim Aufbau und der strategischen Führung der zu verantwortenden Abteilung.

Die Anforderungen:

  • Langjährige HR-Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Natürliche Ausstrahlung und ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen, um Menschen zu begeistern, zu motivieren und hinter sich zu vereinen.
  • Stakeholdermanagement auf C-Level Ebene und im Umgang mit Betriebsräten
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu Human Resources, Arbeitsrecht und Change-Management
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität
  • Sie arbeiten ergebnisorientiert, pragmatisch und verfügen über konzeptionelle und methodische Kompetenzen sowie Projekterfahrung
