Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du entwickelst die Personalstrategie auf Basis der Unternehmensziele weiter.
  • Du begleitest in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand und den Abteilungsleiter die Veränderungen im Unternehmen, die durch sich veränderte Märkte und Einsatz von Automatisierungslösungen und KI erforderlich werden.
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung und Steuerung des HR -Teams (7 Mitarbeitende). Dabei bringst du eigene, kreative Ideen in einem dynamischen und wachsenden Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen ein.
  • Du gestaltest zudem Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen, prägst unsere Unternehmenskultur und treibst unser Employer Branding aktiv voran.
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess und stellst eine effiziente und positive Candidate Journey sicher.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Personalrichtlinien und -verfahren rechtskonform und auf dem neuesten Stand sind sowie in der Praxis gelebt werden.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation inkl. einschlägiger personalwirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung absolviert.
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als People & Culture bzw. HR-Generalist mit, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Personalentwicklung und Change Management.
  • Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Du hast fundiertes Wissen über arbeitsrechtliche Bestimmungen und achtest auf deren Einhaltung.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Digitalisierung und neue, innovative Ansätze sowie deren Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, fungierst als Sparringspartner und teilst dein Knowhow.
  • Zudem bringst du Kommunikationsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
