**Job Description**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:

- Lead the design & delivery of Executive & Global compensation programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy
- Serve as compensation partner to our HR organization and stakeholders in all compensation matters providing data driven consulting
- Run workforce planning in partnership with Finance (forecasted people OPEX)
- Co-design and align Performance Review x-group
- Address compensation-related issues in the countries and support the strategic growth of the group
- Co-create Job Architecture and grading for role sizing across the Group
- Create Market Pay Ranges globally aligned to career paths and Job architecture
- Define our Compensation philosophy including pay mix to support our behaviors and culture
- Guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements for global Compensation. Oversee thorough digital tracking and reporting
- Manage communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs
- Keep up with existing and future trends and implications on Compensation programs. Provide ongoing evaluation of compensation and executive incentive programs to ensure alignment with market and strategy.

**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:

- 5 - 10 years compensation or Rewards experience
- High level of affinity to and experience with digital Reward solutions
- Proven experience managing compensation programs in a rapid growth and scaling environment
- Experience leading teams
- Good Technical knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
- Experience with Compensation module in SucessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation desired
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to put new ideas into concepts and actionable programs
- Strong communication skills
