**Your mission**:
Klim is preparing for the next growth phase, expanding globally, and continuing successful rounds of fundraising. As the **Head of Finance** (m/w/d)** you will lay the groundwork for Klim's comprehensive financial management:

- Develop and implement the overall financial strategy in line with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set financial goals and objectives.
- Support the fundraising from initiation to closing.
- Explore and implement alternative sources of funding.
- Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic and achievable financial targets.
- Coordinate with our accountant to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior finance role, preferably in a startup environment with series B to IPO experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
