**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As full time **Customer Care Agent** Portugal** you are in contact with our Portuguese customers and help them with their inquiries related to their orders. In this role you will support establishing one of our new markets and be at the forefront in driving premium customer experience. This position is** unlimited **and located in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- processing requests about payments, orders, cancellations and returns
- answering questions about our websites, products and the ordering process
- handling feedback from our customers, continuously improving our offering and shopping experience

**YOU COME WITH**:

- relevant experience in the field of customer care
- passion for customer satisfaction and drive to provide premium customer experiences
- excellent social and problem-solving skills
- friendly, positive and motivated personality
- fluency in Portuguese and English
