**Job Title: Customer Care Representative - Hayes Performance, Garching bei München, Germany**

**Company Overview**: Hayes Performance is a renowned company in the bicycle industry, specializing in manufacturing high-quality bicycle components. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional online support from our office in Garching bei München.

**Position Overview**: As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to cyclists worldwide. You will interact with customers through various online channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Online Support**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our bicycle components and accessories to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications as needed.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for installation, maintenance, and use of our products.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and services.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse, to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an online support environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Passion for cycling and a willingness to learn about our products and industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- This is a full-time position based at our office in Garching bei München, Germany.
