**Your mission**:
You will be responsible for creating and refining the product strategy, setting up and optimizing the sales funnel, developing the go-to-market approach, overseeig the development process, and managing and developing a team of product managers.

Your contributions will be pivotal in driving the company's growth, revenue, and customer success

**Your profile**:

Proven Leadership**: You have a track record of successfully leading cross-functional product teams and have experience in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution.
- ** Product Development Oversigh**t: You have a technical background and can oversee the product development process, ensuring that the product is built on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- ** Go-to-Market Strategy**: You have a knack for developing effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth. Your marketing and positioning skills will be instrumental in the success of our product.
- ** Sales Funnel Optimization**: You have a demonstrated ability to set up and optimize a sales funnel, from generating attention to ensuring customer success. Your experience in B2B sales and customer lifecycle management is a significant asset.
- ** Team Management**: You have experience in managing and developing a team of product managers. You excel at coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing product team.
- ** Strategic Thinker**: You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions and adapt to market changes effectively.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**: You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You can collaborate with various teams, stakeholders, and customers to gather insights and drive alignment.
- ** Customer-Centric**: You are committed to delivering solutions that meet and exceed the expectations of enterprise customers. You have a keen understanding of their pain points and can translate them into product features.
