As NavVis Head of Product, you will be in a key position leading our Reality Capture product portfolio and driving innovation in the deep tech space. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap on the basis of deep market understanding, empathy with customers needs, an understanding of our technological strengths, competitive analysis, as well as the product and company vision - You will be contributing to the overall company strategy and objectives as part of the business leadership group - Lead and mentor a team of talented product and program managers, as well as UX/UI designers, and foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement; as well as provide guidance, set clear expectations and empower the team to achieve their goals - You will showcase an entrepreneurial spirit in owning the financial viability of the products - You will oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation, conceptualization to launch and operation with the help of both product and program managers in your team - Ensure effective cross-department collaboration and communication with other departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales, as well as senior stakeholders - Together with your team of product managers and UX/UI designers, you will foster user research and performance tracking through customer interviews, surveys, and product metrics WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE - 5-7+years of experience in product management in fast growing technology companies (ideally a background on SaaS products) - Deep tech expertise in the form of an engineering background and a natural interest in technology (ideally also hardware) and our engineering capabilities - Strong problem solving skills and the ability to grasp complex technological concepts - Proven leadership skills in cross-function teams as well as the ability to lead laterally - Strategic thinking as well as business acumen - Strong communication and presentations skills to convey the product vision, roadmap and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to spread energy - Native-like fluency in English (German would be an added benefit) - A natural interest to work with data to derive insights and expertise in relevant tools, such as PowerBI, as well as ability and eagerness to introduce new product analytics tools and best practices HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her).
