We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our company.
We are looking for young talent interested in technology that wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and start their way to become an SDR. You will join our Sales Growth team in Lisbon and work closely with the Marketing and Sales team together.
Tasks
**What you will be tasked to do**:
- Activate inbound leads and discover their key pain points
- Prospect cold targets, performing targeted outreaches
- Unlock new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound efforts
- Research accounts, read industry news and trends
- Exchange with other peers and maintain account intelligence around target prospects
- Collaborate with senior sales executives to deliver sales qualified meetings

- Bachelor degree in a business-related field
- Native German level and fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
- Fluency in other languages (French, Italian, etc.), is an advantage
- 1y work experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector, is an advantage
- EU Passport or Permanent Work Permit for Germany is a must
