**The focus of your role**

For that you will lead the support team and dispatch and control support activities concerning 2nd and 3rd level support only.

**What you’ll do**
- Managing the support tickets - it is your responsibility to ensure tickets are solved inside the limits of the service KPIs
- Doing a first analysis of detected/reported issues
- Solving tickets on your own or dispatching tickets to other team members
- Supporting the user community for issues and requests
- Monitoring, reviewing and submit proposals for optimizing service processes (ITIL III)

**What you’ll bring**
- BSc/MSc in IT, Engineering or equivalent
- NATO nationality only (ITAR)
- 3+ years of experience in the support (only 2nd and 3rd level) area
- User level working on Unix/Linux is nice to have
- First experience with ORACLE-SQL is a plus
- High motivated team player
- Fluent in German and English
