Konvo is changing how brands interact with their customers, disrupting how two of the largest industries in commerce work (support + marketing).
We empower eCommerce brands to build AI Agents that fully automate service conversations, while generating new marketing opportunities in the process.
**Our unique position stands on two core beliefs**:
1. Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI.
2. Support data is normally lost - until now. Konvo scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents.

Tasks
As a Customer Success Intern you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of customer success and internal documentation. Over time, you’ll take ownership of onboarding, client communication, and strategic support — with the goal of becoming a full-time Customer Success Manager.
**Some of your key goals will be**:
- Deliver a best-in-class CS experience for our clients. Autonomously handle customer requests through Intercom, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Become the Owner of our Help Center. Write and update user-facing guides and internal documentation to help customers self-serve and reduce inbound support.
- Assist in supporting clients throughout their Success Plan. Assist in onboarding new clients, activating them, and walking them through their setup.
- Drive the adoption of AI Tools to improve internal processes. Collaborate with the team and adopt AI tools to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve internal systems.

- You are finishing or recently graduated from your BSc or MSc studies.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus. In this role you will be working with tons of Spanish and English speaking customers.
- You have outstanding and structured communication skills. To put it simple, you can explain complex topics in simple words.
- You are a great listener, as good as you are communicating or even better
- You are able to keep customers engaged and excited.
- You are very curious and want to develop your business accumen. You can connect the dots between our customer's challenges to find great solutions.
