We are a growing team looking for an Intern or Working Student, Customer Success to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our VAS (Value Added Services) team in our HQ in the Berlin office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Customer Success professional you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like ensuring long-term satisfaction of our customers by timely solving their requests and proactively reaching out to them to ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll be collaborating closely with Sales and Product to improve your VAS portfolio and the current services offered to carriers to simplify their experience and increase their competitiveness.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Work closely with our external suppliers to find the best solutions for our shared customers
- Onboard new customers and enable them to use our product
- Onboard customers on new product features
- Work closely with account executives to deliver an extraordinary customer journey and seamless transition
- Proactively reach out to existing customers via phone to ensure smooth user experience
- Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and help to implement them

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English
- Customer-first mindset paired with a strong drive for customer satisfaction
- Ability to actively listen to customers' needs
- Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Service experience in a performance-orientated environment is a plus
- Experience in logistics or finance is a plus
