Im Rahmen eines Research-Assistant-Vertrags bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, nach einer Einarbeitungsphase kontinuierlich selbständiger Aufgaben zu übernehmen und interessante Einblicke in die Marktforschungswelt zu erhalten.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung, Koordination und Einsatzplanung unseres Mystery Shopping Panels
- Sicherung der termin
- und sachgerechten Erledigung der Tests durch die eingesetzten Mystery Shopper
- Unterstützung des Teams bei täglichen Aufgaben in allen Bereichen des Projektmanagements
- Mitarbeit bei der Datenkontrolle sowie bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen (Excel und PowerPoint)
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren (internationalen) Kolleg:innen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich (bspw. Marktforschung, Marketing/Medien, Büromanagement, etc.)
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint und hast Interesse dich in eine neue Software (Shopmetrics) einzuarbeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Engagement und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden dein Profil ab
