**We are seeking for**:
We offer a position as Student Assistant (gn*) in our Research Funding Management Team.

**Start date**:flexible
** I Part-time**:up to 20 hours
** I Contract duration**:temporary during studies
** I Work location**:Hamburg Hafen City and remote.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You will support our team with data entry required for financial controlling and project administration (e.g., you will enter and maintain information on open tenders).
- You will be responsible for budget calculations as well as financial and resource planning.
- You will support us in the coordination of ongoing projects and participate in internal kick-off meetings to discuss all relevant aspects of ongoing projects.
- You will take on administrative tasks in all project phases.

**Your qualifications**:

- As a person with an affinity for finance, you take great pleasure in dealing with data daily. You complete your tasks in a structured, reliable and independent way.
- Your communicative and empathetic nature makes it easy for you to respond to the various concerns of our internal and external contacts and to ensure a high quality of service.
- You enjoy working in a team, proactively taking on tasks within the team and making sure that everything runs smoothly in terms of organization.

- Ideally, you have knowledge of DATEV and experience with digital project management.
- You are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field related to your work and have ideally already gained initial experience in the area of research funding at a university.
