- Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations through a data-driven process
- Collect and analyze large datasets and summarize insights
- Develop compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output
- Support teams to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
- Design and implement technical solutions on ServiceNow platform
- Support team with customer workshops and preparations
- Support team in customer implementations

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a Masters degree, returning for a final term or year following the summer internship.
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions
- Experience driving (and solving) complex projects
- Experience presenting complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Experience with business operations.
- 1+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry
- Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial.
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles.
- Top-notch written and oral communication skills in English and German.
