PERGOLUX is a premium outdoor-living brand designing Scandinavian-inspired pergolas and accessories. As we continue to scale across Europe and beyond, we are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist who will help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will support our customers with expert guidance, problem-solving, and a service mindset that reflects the premium quality of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction in a fast-growing, design-driven environment. About the Team You’ll join a supportive, high-performing Customer Service team that thrives on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. We work closely with logistics, product development, and operations to solve challenges, elevate the customer experience, and uphold our commitment to integrity and innovation. What You’ll Do Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations professionally across phone, email, and chat. Provide expert guidance on technical and installation-related questions. Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds while ensuring the accuracy and verification of issues. Collaborate effectively with transport providers, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and product development. Drive customer satisfaction and support improvements to our NPS. What You’ll Bring Excellent French communication skills (C2) and strong proficiency in English. 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or a similar industry. A solution-oriented, empathetic communication style with a strong customer mindset. Strong self-organization and time management skills. High IT affinity and quick adaptability to new systems; experience with Zendesk, Shopify, and Aircall is a plus.
