**Your role**:

- Lead the **development of our community strategy** incl. definition of OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to drive engagement and growth;
- Collaborate with product and content leadership to **co-create a remarkable membership experience **based on hypothesis-driven user research
- Conceptualize and operate **community activation formats, **such as sub-communities, events, ambassadors, and 1:1 matching
- Personally lead the **concierge service for community members,** ensuring their needs are met
- ** Host quarterly events** in Berlin and facilitate member-led city meetups to bring the community together offline

**Your profile**:

- A **proven track record** of developing and executing online community strategies
- ** Excellent organizational and leadership skills**, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build relationships with community members and cross-functional teams
- A **hands-on mentality** and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- A **passion for community building** and a **drive to create meaningful connections and experiences for others**
