**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Distributionsbereichs mit rund 280 Mitarbeitenden
- Führen von 10 Directreports
- Optimierung von Vertriebs
- und Serviceprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortung für Angebots
- und Auftragsbearbeitung inkl. Preisgestaltung, Lieferterminverfolgung und Fakturierung
- Leitung und Beteiligung an unternehmensweiten Verbesserungsprojekten
- Forecast-Auswertung und Überführung in die Bedarfsplanung
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsfähigen Vertriebsstruktur
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Handels
- oder Distributionsumfeld, idealerweise im PV-/Energiebereich
- Erfahrung in mittelständischen, international agierenden Unternehmen
- Strategisches Denkvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität und Innovationskraft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
- Kenntnisse in datengetriebenem Vertrieb, digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und Omni-Channel-Ansätzen
