Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Teil der europäischen Elia Group steht 50Hertz im Zentrum der Energiewende und bietet mir die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Umsetzung von zukunftsweisenden und innovativen Energieprojekten mitzuwirken. Im Geschäftsbereich Offshore übernehme ich die fachliche Steuerung unserer Auftragnehmer und arbeite an der Schnittstelle zwischen technischem Know-how und Projektmanagement. Ich werde Teil eines motivierten und dynamischen Teams, das denselben „Offshore-Spirit“ teilt und sich auf Verstärkung durch mich freut. In Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen der Auftragnehmer und des interdisziplinären Teams habe ich die Möglichkeit, fachlich auf höchstem Niveau zu wachsen und mich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln. Meine Aufgaben Fachliche Führung und Steuerung der Planung und Bemessung von Gründungsstrukturen der Offshore-Plattformen und ihrer Interaktion mit dem Meeresboden, Prüfung von Design-Entwürfen der EPCI-Auftragnehmer zu Gründungsstrukturen und Sicherstellung der hohen Anforderungen von 50Hertz, Beschaffung aller Baugrunduntersuchungen und Studien, die als Input und Entwurfsgrundlage für die Gründungsstrukturen von Offshore-Plattformen erforderlich sind, Bewertung und Interpretation von Berichten und Studien zu geotechnischen Fragestellungen, Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teil-Projekten wie Struktur/ Design, Genehmigung/ Zertifizierung oder HSE und Bericht an die/ den "Projektleiterin Offshore-Plattform", Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks in der Branche zur Zusammenarbeit und zum Erfahrungsaustausch im Bereich Baugrund/ Geotechnik, Erstellen von aussagekräftiger Projektdokumentation und Beiträgen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Projekte. Meine Kompetenzen Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Geotechnik, Geologie, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer verwandten Disziplin, Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der geotechnischen Planung und Bemessung von Bauwerken, idealerweise für Offshore-Projekte, Expertise in der Anwendung geotechnischer Software und Analysetools, Kenntnisse zu relevanten Normen und Richtlinien, Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (bevorzugt C1), fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1), Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Systemen (MS Office, SAP Hana), Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen, gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität für weltweite Geschäftsreisen. Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil: Theoretische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Erfahrungen in der vertraglichen Steuerung von Auftragnehmern (EPCI-Verträge).
