Im Geschäftsbereich Offshore arbeite ich als „Teilprojektleiter*in Offshore-Plattform, Hilfs- und Nebensysteme“ unmittelbar an der Umsetzung technischer Lösungen an Themen wie Klimatisierung, Brandschutz, flüssigkeitsführende Systeme, audio-visuelle Überwachung, Rettungsmittel etc. Dabei richtet sich der Umfang der von mir verantworteten Systeme nach meiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Über die Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen habe ich die Gelegenheit, mein Know-how stetig weiterzuentwickeln und in einem interdisziplinären Team auf höchstem Niveau zu wachsen. Meine Aufgaben Steuerung der Herstellung eines oder mehrerer Nebensysteme auf einer Offshore-Plattform während der gesamten Projektdauer von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme, Als Systeme kommen insbesondere in Betracht: Klima- und Raumluftaufbereitungsanlage (HVAC), Brandschutz- und Brandbekämpfungsanlage (fire fighting), flüssigkeitsführende Systeme (Öl, Diesel, Nutz- und Brauchwasser) (fluid systems), (Not-) Beleuchtung, Niederspannungsversorgung, audio-visuelle Systeme, Krane, Türen und Luken oder Rettungsmittel, Prüfung, Bewertung und Kommentierung von technischen Entwürfen und Designvorschlägen der Auftragnehmer, Erarbeiten von Empfehlungen und Herbeiführen von Entscheidungen, Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teilprojekten wie z.B. Plattform-Design, HSE, Genehmigungen und Primär- und Sekundärtechnik, Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern wie Asset Management, Betriebsführung und Einkauf und externen Partnern wie Zertifizierungsinstituten und anderen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern. Meine Kompetenzen Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/ Diplom) in relevanter technischer Fachrichtung, z.B. Maschinenbau, Prozess-/ Verfahrenstechnik oder Elektrotechnik, Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2),  Fundierte Kenntnisse zu einem oder mehreren der genannten Systeme, idealerweise aus Offshore-Industrie, alternativ auch aus anderen Anwendungsfeldern, Gesundheitliche Eignung für Offshore-Arbeiten. Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil Praktische Erfahrungen und theoretische Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, Erfahrungen in der vertraglichen Steuerung von Auftragnehmern (EPCI-Verträge).
