dentolo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Special Projects & Expansion Lead. As a leading Insurtech company, we specialize in developing and operating holistic insurance solutions that are affordable, understandable, and accessible to everyone. Our dentolo and petolo solutions offer comprehensive protection for dental and pet health, providing our customers with peace of mind and a more carefree life.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing special projects and expansion initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, develop strategies and action plans, and drive successful project execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to establish and expand dentolo's presence in new markets. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker, with a proven track record in project management and business development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead our Expansion efforts into new markets and countries
- Project Lead for strategic partnerships for our insurance products
- Facilitating cross-department communication and collaboration from first concept to Go-Live of projects
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and business development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in project management and business development (min. 5 years work experience, min. 2 years experience in project management and leadership positions and in working in fast-paced environments)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams and functions
- Results-driven with a track record of delivering successful projects
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
