Wie sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus?

In deiner Rolle als Project Installation Manager - High Voltage Cables (m/w/d) bist du der NKT-Repräsentant und Ansprechpartner vor Ort für die Bauleiter, Monteure und Subunternehmer auf der Baustelle, deutschlandweit. Du unterstützt bei der Baustellenplanung und -organisation von DC- und AC-Projekten und bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Überprüfung der Termin- und Ressourcenplanung sowie die Koordination des benötigten Personals und deren Qualifikationen. Weitere Aufgaben sind:

Kontrolle der Kabellege- und Montagearbeiten HV (High Voltage) sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger ProjektbesprechungenUmsetzung der HSE-Anforderungen auf der Baustelle, u.a. Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Toolbox-Talks, SicherheitsbegehungenÜberwachung von Audits sowie Pflege des QualitätsmanagementplansKoordination und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie die Durchführung von BeschleunigungsmaßnahmenAbstimmung bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung des Projektbudgets für InstallationsarbeitenUnterstützung des Vertriebs und des Projekteinkaufs
