About the RoleAre you passionate about technology, digital innovation, and helping businesses grow? Join a dynamic international team in Barcelona, where you'll identify new business opportunities, engage with companies across EMEA, and support them in improving their digital strategy through modern cloud and advertising solutions. As a Business Developer Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many businesses building rapport quickly, understanding their needs, and qualifying high-value opportunities for the sales team. What You'll Do Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities through outbound prospectingManage a portfolio of German-speaking accounts and identify high-potential prospectsEngage decision-makers, build enthusiasm, and match business needs with suitable digital and cloud solutionsConduct outbound calls and emails, including cold callingKeep customer data updated in SalesforceWork toward individual and team goals related to productivity, conversions, and pipeline development What You Bring Native-level German + fluent EnglishEuropean Citizenship or European Work PermitBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceSome B2B outbound sales or business development experience, ideally within tech/ITBasic understanding of cloud computing conceptsStrong communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive mindsetComfortable with quotas in a fast-paced, phone-based environmentGood general IT skills; CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus) Nice to Have 1+ year of IT outbound prospecting experienceStrong cold-calling and account management capabilitiesAbility to identify key decision-makersKnowledge of the DACH market What's Offered Full-time role in Barcelona (39h/week, Monday to Friday)Hybrid working modelCompetitive salary: 25,440 gross/year + up to 6,360 annual bonusPermanent contractRelocation support for moving to BarcelonaContinuous training and professional developmentClear career progression opportunitiesGreat international work environment and regular team activities
