German Speaking Business Developer Representative Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)  A relocation package is offered for candidates moving abroad. About the Role As a Business Developer Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, understand their needs, and qualify them for the appropriate sales path. You will act as the first point of contact for a wide range of companies across EMEA, helping them optimize their digital strategy and adopt smarter technology solutions. This is a target-driven, phone-based role where you will work independently while contributing to a collaborative international team. Key Responsibilities Achieve quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) goals and meet daily/weekly activity targets Manage and prioritize a portfolio of potential clients across various industries Execute outbound outreach via calls and emails, including cold calling to C-level executives Build quick rapport, identify customer pain points, and assess business/technical needs Map customer requirements to suitable cloud or digital solutions using a consultative approach Educate prospects on available offerings and direct them to the right sales path Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) of all leads, accounts, opportunities, and interactions Collaborate with team members to drive pipeline growth and meet shared goals Document all interactions thoroughly to ensure transparency across stakeholders Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Native-level German and fluent English Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in tech/IT) Basic understanding of cloud concepts and digital advertising or digital products Strong business acumen and ability to align needs with solutions Comfortable working towards quotas in a phone-based environment Solid general IT skills and ability to multitask across digital platforms Benefits Full-time (39h/week, Monday to Friday) Hybrid working model in Barcelona Salary: 25,440 euros gross/year + up to 6,360 euros annual bonus Permanent contract Relocation support package Referral program (up to 2,000 euros) Continuous coaching and professional development Clear internal career path with growth opportunities Regular performance contests and incentives Multicultural, dynamic work environment with motivated colleagues
