Aufgaben Als Founder Associate / Venture Development Intern arbeitest du direkt mit unseren Gründern Dima (CEO) und Alex (CGO) zusammen und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei unserem Wachstum. Von Anfang an packst du strategische und operative Projekte an, egal ob Markteintritt, Produktentwicklung, Investor Relations oder Business Operations. Was du machst: Du entwickelst neue Produkt- und Marktstrategien für unsere Telemedizin- und Präventionsservices mit und testest sie direkt am Markt. Du übernimmst Projekte von A bis Z, von der ersten Recherche bis zur Umsetzung. Du findest heraus, wo wir am besten wachsen können, machst unsere internen Abläufe effizienter und arbeitest eng mit Gründern und Tech-Team zusammen. Du bist Teil von Strategieprojekten mit Partnern aus Pharma, Laboren und Krankenkassen. Du hast eigene Ideen? Perfekt. Hier kannst du sie einbringen und schnell umsetzen. Qualifikation Dein Profil Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in BWL, Entrepreneurship, Produktmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Erste praktische Erfahrungen in High-Growth-Startups, Unternehmensberatung, Investment Banking oder Venture Capital. Starke analytische und unternehmerische Fähigkeiten – du denkst in Lösungen, nicht in Problemen. Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise in schnellen Umgebungen.
