Your tasks We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Management Assistant who will not only ensure seamless office management and executive support but also be trained for a future leadership role within the department. This position offers a unique development opportunity to grow into the role of Department General Manager (GM), supporting long-term succession planning.Job Responsibilities1. Executive & Office SupportCoordinate daily administrative operations and office management activitiesPrepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetingsManage diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for the GM and departmental leadershipEnsure documentation and key information are organised and readily available ahead of time2. Business Exposure & DevelopmentGradually take on more responsibility by being introduced to operational and strategic aspects of the businessSupport the GM in data gathering, KPI tracking, business analysis, and project follow-upParticipate in departmental meetings and take the lead on delegated initiativesShadow senior leadership to understand decision-making processes and departmental dynamics3. Communication & Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential mannerTake ownership of communication and follow-ups to ensure actions are completed4. Growth and SuccessionDemonstrate initiative and a strong desire for professional developmentParticipate in relevant training and mentoring programmesDevelop capabilities aligned with the future role of Department GM, including leadership, decision-making, and business acumen Your profile Qualifications & ExperienceDegree-level education preferred (e.g. Business Administration, Management, or related field), but not essential1–2 years’ experience in a professional office environment (can include internships or industrial placements)Experience supporting senior leaders, coordinating administrative tasks, or preparing business materials is desirableExposure to data reporting, KPIs, or basic project tracking is an advantageSkillsEssential:Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office coordination roleStrong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mileSolid knowledge of office tools (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and experience with KPI/data dashboardsFluent in English; professional fluency in German is desirableDemonstrates confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism at all timesDesirable:Valid UK or EU driving licenceGerman language skills (spoken and written)Previous experience supporting a senior leader or department headExposure to business performance, project tracking, or leadership development About us At Skytanking, we have been providing aviation-related services since 1999.
