To make it happen, we’re building a hands-on team of Deployment & Operations Managers to lead site launches and drive local execution.Join us as we bring autonomous food production from vision to reality.About the RoleAs Client Success Manager – Food Robotics Operations, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic food production units directly at customer sites — ensuring daily readiness, seamless operation, and reliable system performance.This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on operational success delivery, food safety, and proactive partner support. You ensure that our robotics solutions integrate smoothly into each customer’s daily operations while maintaining high service standards.You’ll collaborate with internal teams to share operational insights and drive continuous improvement, ensuring both technical performance and customer satisfaction.Your Daily BusinessOperate, prepare, and maintain robotic food units on-site at customer locations.Ensure daily system readiness, smooth operation, and hygiene compliance.Monitor performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and manage routine maintenance.Handle backend tasks, including container handling and stock coordination.Serve as the first point of contact for customer partners — ensuring professional communication and proactive support.Capture and report insights, feedback, and improvement opportunities to internal teams.Base Qualifications1–3 years experience in food production, service operations, or customer-facing roles.Hands-on experience with machinery, automated systems, or technical processes.Strong attention to hygiene, food safety, and operational detail.Professional, service-oriented communication style.Fluent in German (required); English proficiency a plus.A proactive, dependable, and structured approach to fieldwork.Preferred QualificationsExperience in food tech, automation, or robotics operations.Interest in technology, customer success, or partner management.Comfort in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.Our OfferCompetitive Compensation: Receive a competitive compensation package.Personal Development: In-house trainings, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Mobility: Benefit from a 50€ monthly budget for mobility or other expenses and a subsidized Dance Mobility Subscription for E-Bike/E-Moped.Well-Being: Get access to discounted Urban Sports Club membership and Wellhub for a variety of well-being offerings.Be at the Forefront of Food Automation: Play a key role in launching a pioneering model for autonomous food production, working with cutting-edge robotics and AI in a rapidly growing industry.Collaborative, Hands-On Culture : Join a team that values ownership, problem-solving, and making things happen together on the ground.
