Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within time and financial constraints. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management. Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking proactive measures to resolve problems and minimize delays. Lead project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met. Oversee and coordinate the work of sub-contractors, vendors, and other project partners.
