Deine Aufgaben Bearbeitung von Leasing- und Finanzierungsanträgen – von der Prüfung der Unterlagen bis zur Vorbereitung der finalen Vertragsaktivierung Begleitung von Kunden durch den digitalen Antragsprozess – z.B. Unterstützung bei Fragen, Protokollierung von Fällen im CRM Prüfung der Unterlagen und Bonitätsinformationen — auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität Koordination mit externen Partnern (z. B. Schufa, Banken, Leasinggesellschaften) zur reibungslosen Vertragsabwicklung Kundenbetreuung entlang des gesamten Leasing-Lebenszyklus – von der Antragstellung über Fahrzeugauslieferung, Vertragsänderungen bis zur Beendigung oder Schadensmeldung in Abstimmung mit unseren Leasingpartnern Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen und Tickets – eigenständige Lösung von Anfragen und ggf. Kundenkommunikation bis zur Klärung Allgemeine Backoffice- und administrative Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft Dein Profil Begeisterung für neue (Fin-)Technologien sowie Autos und Kundenservice Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Operations oder Customer Service Erfahrung in der Autofinanzierung oder Leasingbranche und Verständnis für die damit verbundenen Prozesse ist von Vorteil Hoher Kundenfokus und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im direkten Kundenkontakt Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem starken Prozessverständnis Souveränität im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Systeme Du hast mindestens ein C1 Sprachlevel in Deutsch und Englisch Optional: Erfahrung mit Atlassian-Tools (Jira, Confluence) oder Slack Warum wir?
