As an **Operations Coordinator **you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities, predominantly within EU, across the Zeitview properties vertical. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs. In this role, you will provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, while demonstrating operational excellence, resulting in delighted customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work within the Operations team to conduct pre, during, and post mission planning, mission execution and data quality check in assigned verticals demonstrating operational excellence resulting in delighted customers
- Coordinate with customers and contractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints in order to support safe and efficient project execution
- Project manage field operations for data collection, solving / escalating issues that arise, while proactively communicating with and setting customer expectations
- Assign and coordinate pilots to ensure on-time flight operations for our customers.
- Solve problems in real-time and ensure delivery of high quality DroneBase deliverables (images RGB and Thermal, video, orthomosaics, panos, condition reports, etc) to our customers
- Provide ad-hoc support to pilots and customers for general inquiries
- Possess an understanding of DroneBase’s online, desktop, and mobile software platforms.
- Work directly with internal teams to understand, execute, and troubleshoot projects effectively
- Maintain awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned verticals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses and execute all statuses accordingly.
- Identify gaps in processes and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.)
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills with the ability to work both independently and in team settings
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
- Interested in technology and the drone space. Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google).
- Able to travel for short-term engagements
- Able to sit, stand for long periods of time
