**About the role**

As Country Customer Service & Operations Specialist France, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our activities in the French market. You will be the first point of contact for our customers as well as logistics and delivery partners. You strive to achieve a stellar experience for our customers and help establish the BRUNO experience in France.

As part of the International Markets team, you play a vital role in the development of BRUNOs international footprint which - as of today - includes the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom. You collaborate closely with the country specialists from the aforementioned other markets as well as other teams internally.

**Your tasks**
- Forwarding orders to our logistics partners to ensure an on-time delivery performance
- Working closely with the marketing and business development teams on strategic and operational projects
- Providing support in the build-up of local partnerships, such as offline showrooms or online affiliate partners
- Serving as first point of contact for our local partners to ensure smooth operations
- Providing support in the translation of marketing materials and general online & offline content
- Develop and enrich standard documentation and processes for the French market

**Your qualifications**
- Ideally, you possess a degree in the field of e-commerce, economics, communication, media sciences or a comparable qualification
- You bring with at least first professional experience in a customer-centric role
- Ideally, you bring with a basic understanding of logistics or operations in a digital business
- You have a customer-centric mind and enjoy solving problems
- You are an organizational talent who enjoys juggling multiple tasks
- You are a native speaker or are fully fluent in French
- In addition, you are either fully fluent in English or Dutch
- Basic knowledge of German would be a plus, but is not a requirement
