Regional Sales Manager West Region

Job Summary:
Aerzen USA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead customer relationship management efforts and develop new customers for Aerzen blower and compressor solutions in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the West Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including end-users, engineering firms, and OEMs.
- Provide technical support and training to customers, including equipment selection, review of specifications, and total cost of ownership assessments.
- Prepare quotations and bid submittals, and coordinate support as required for pre-bid meetings and follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, and coordinate customer education efforts as required.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans, and support preparations for regional and national trade shows.
- Support order processing efforts, and effectively support customer follow-up activities throughout the order execution process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school), or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 5 Years of experience in sale of industrial equipment, with direct experience with rotary screw compressors and positive displacement blowers a plus.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, and possess motivational skills and a strong sense of urgency to meet customer commitments in a timely and "above expectations" manner.
