Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

At IFS, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with field sales and account management teams to align on customer acquisition strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our EAM solution
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of SaaS sales processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
  • Ability to explain complex technical products clearly and identify customer needs
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
