Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at IFS, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers in the DACH region, leveraging your knowledge of SaaS sales processes and mid-sized company dynamics.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals, collaborating closely with the field sales and account management teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of IFS's EAM solution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of EAM, ERP, or related software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to explain complex technical products in a clear and concise manner, identifying customer needs and preferences.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
