About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workflow Engineer to join our Behavioral Science team at PAIR Finance. As a Workflow Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining our innovative AI-powered app's workflow structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize existing workflow structures to improve customer communication efficiency
  • Create new workflows and extensions to enhance our smart customer communication strategy
  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Science team to further develop our product
  • Analyze workflow performance using tools like Grafana
  • Use Python to debug and analyze data flowing through our workflows
  • Communicate with other teams to clarify technical and work-related details
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Math, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Good understanding of Python (Pandas and Numpy) and SQL
  • Experience in data flow management, data analysis, project or process optimization management, or a similar field
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a precise, structured way of working
  • Technical affinity and a quick grasp of new things
  • Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
