As an Automation Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API, or tools like Zapier, Make, or Relay. You'll integrate and automate processes within our CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API, or tools like Zapier, Make, or Relay
* Integrate and automate processes within our CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, and other tools
* Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows
* Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
* Set up and optimize CRM for both sides of the marketplace (advertisers & creators)
* Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices
* Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use

Requirements:

* Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Webhooks, REST API, or tools like Zapier, Make, or Relay
* Strong technical skillset and experience with CRMs, Notion, Google Sheets
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations, and work-arounds
* A business & entrepreneurial mind who understands which automations & new processes are needed and why
* A team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
